Cooperation, makes it happen. Working together.

I heard a story the other day on NPR about Greece. It was so interesting to listen as they talked about this economic downfall of the Greek financial system, especially in relation to stuff going on here. But what I really loved about the story was the discussion of the people overcoming this crisis. While it wasn't this story exactly, it is pretty much the gist of it:

I love this idea of cooperation. Of getting through things by collaborating. By sharing what you do best. I have the great opportunity to work for a nonprofit that is not only involved in this, but facilitating it in so many ways. We had a meeting this week with a dozen different groups that are new to our center, and while they might not all become partners with us, I loved listening to them chat with each other and create connections.

Cooperation. It really does make good things happen.
